I couldn’t imagine having a better web design company than Realm Design to put together my brand new Mobile Food Truck business’s website. Jay Hollen, president of Realm Web Design, was beyond helpful and patient with me and my assistant, answering a TON of annoying questions I presented to him daily. Jay at Realm Design is SUPER, SUPER great. I found Realm on craigslist in February 2010 and we are COMPLETELY satisfied. Jay is professional, creative, full of insight and great suggestions, and SUPER QUICK. When he said he would do a logo in one day, he actually did (and he designed 7 different logos for me to choose from). When he said he would finish the website in one week, he actually did. I am truly impressed by him….especially AFTER I hired two other companies off of craigslist BEFORE I found Jay. They never delivered much of anything (but junk work and excuses) and just wasted my time)…and I am still waiting to get my money back. On top of all of the positive experiences of working with Jay, I just NOW (over a month later) realize that, for a brand new site, we are already very high on Yahoo and Google (and we are getting clients off the web!) …. only because Jay had the forethought to implement all of the SEO (search engine optimization) tricks…even when I didn’t even think to be concerned with this or even ask Jay about this. When it came to building a website I didn’t know where to start or who to look for and I didn’t have a huge budget. I found Realm, and was instantly put to ease. The whole process was incredible smooth and stress free. My web designer was always in constant communication with me. I felt that my designer really took the time to understand the look and feel I was going for and nailed it from the start. The fun didn’t stop there! I asked my designer about possible logo design, since I wasn’t crazy about the one I had. In a few minutes, my designer had a logo that I instantly loved. From there, he designed my business cards and even my brochures. I can’t tell you how relieving it was to have one stop shopping with all my new business marketing needs. One of the wonderful things about working with Jay at Realm is he listens to what you want and need, then works together with you to achieve the look and feel that you desire for your website. It’s not a cut and dried process he uses for everybody, it is individualized to suit your particular needs.
