We are open Monday through Friday 9-4 PST and are closed on major holidays.

We are proud to say that we have been doing web design since 2007 and have been 100% Shopify since 2012.

Phone calls & meetings are hourly and everything else is typically flat rates.

We accept checks, bank transfers, PayPal, Venmo and Melio. If you want to pay with a credit card you may incur a transaction fee if the amount is over a certain amount.

Most projects are 50% and balance when completed. Some larger projects with a timeline over 60 days may have payment terms of 50% down, 25% at 60 day, 25% at 90 days and balance on completion. We are flexible and in some instanced we can do customer payment terms.

Yes we are! We work on projects for clients in the U.S.A. and even have some overseas clients.

Yes we are able to provide our high quality Shopify services to people all over the world! Keep in mind some timezones can pose some difficulty like Australia etc.

Most projects are paid in terms, but for ongoing support services a retainer is required. Please contact us for more information about support with payment terms.

Small projects can take as little as a day, but larger more robust success focused projects tend to be 60-90 days on average. We feel it's best to avoid rushing a project. Since that can lend itself to sacrifices in quality and we want to give you the best!

We prefer to work on projects that do not have designs completed due to that fact that designing is one of the key components to allow us to use our Shopify expertise. If you do have your designs and really want use to use them, please let us know.

We work with Shopify shops in all sorts of industries from beauty, clothing, skin care, electronics, furniture, handcrafts, florists, jewelry, services and fitness.

Yeah there are a few types. We do not work with adult websites, or websites that promote or sell adult related materials and products, websites that display mature/adult related content in any manner. We also do not work with sites that sell CBD products, vaping/e-cigs and sites that have offensive content of any kind.

Yes and no. We do not require a contract to work together, but do have working terms that are expected with all the projects we work on. Our terms are setup to project all parties involved. You can view these terms here if you want.
